Our lifesaving role
Our volunteers help look after Mollymook’s beaches through surf lifesaving. South Mollymook is patrolled on weekends and public holidays from September to April, with extra summer coverage at North Mollymook and South Narrawallee.

Members aged 15 and over can work towards the Bronze Medallion, learning rescue, first aid and radio skills. Swimming fitness and course entry requirements apply.
Further training
As your skills develop, you can explore further awards in powercraft, advanced resuscitation and patrol leadership. Ask the training team which pathways are currently available and what experience you’ll need.
