Lifesaving & training
Build practical rescue and first aid skills, and explore your path into volunteer lifesaving.

Help children aged 7–13 build surf confidence and beach safety skills through age-based activities.

Explore individual and team events on the sand and in the surf, and find your starting point.

Create a Hub account if you’re new to Surf Life Saving. If you already have an account, use your existing login.
Find Mollymook and apply
Search for Mollymook and select our club. Follow the prompts for yourself or your family, then complete your details, declarations and any required payment.
Wait for club confirmation
The club reviews your application and emails you when it is approved. Look out for confirmation and any follow-up instructions before taking part.
